Sarah is a Junior Associate at Novirianti and Partners graduated from Universitas Pelita Harapan in 2020 majoring in Business Law. She has been involved in various projects, focusing on procurement, capital market, labour, environment and general corporate.
During her studies, Sarah took part in the 17th John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition where she succeeded to be the first Indonesian team to proceed to the Global Rounds in Geneva, Switzerland. She is fluent in both English and Indonesian.
Agnes graduated from Universitas Indonesia in 2020, majoring on Private International Law. She has deep understanding of Investor-State Dispute Settlement and other cross-border matters. She was active in several organisations and research projects.
Since joining Novirianti and Partners, Agnes has been involved in Sharia Capital Market transactions, Suspension of Debt Payment settlement, and general corporate matters. She has been assisting and advising clients in various sectors, including electricity, renewable energy, construction, state-owned enterprise, and social enterprise.
Agnes is a certified Mediator and has completed Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat (PKPA). She is proficient in both writing and speaking English.
Mufid graduated in 2020 from Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, majoring in Civil Law.
Prior to joining Novirianti & Partners, Mufid worked at Public Notary Office and State-Owned Bank (Bank Rakyat Indonesia) where he was involved in loan restructuring process, assessing commercial investment transactions for a wind power company and musicians. In Novirianti & Partners, he handles capital market, investment, and general corporate matters.
He also has completed Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat (PKPA) before joining Novirianti and Parters. He is proficient in both writing and speaking English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Rizky obtained his Bachelor of Laws from Universitas Indonesia in 2020, majoring in the Conflict of Laws. Rizky has been involved in a number of transactional and advisory projects involving procurement, capital markets, industrial estates, as well as assisting in a number of disputes spanning the fields of personal injury, consumer protection, intellectual property, and contractual disputes, among others, both in and out of court.
Rizky has also been admitted as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators since September 2020. Prior to joining Novirianti & Partners, Rizky has also passed the Special Advocates' Course (PKPA) from the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) in 2020.
During his time in university, Rizky participated in a variety of activities, including international moot court and enlisting in the Army Reserve Student Regiment. He was ranked 6th Best Oralist and was awarded 5th Best Overall Written Memoranda during the 20th International Maritime Law Arbitration Moot held in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
Kania pursues her undergraduate degree in Faculty Law, Universitas Indonesia concentrating in Environment Law and Commercial Law.
During her studies, she participated in and won several national drafting, memorandum, and legal opinion competitions such as 1st place in the legislative drafting competition organized by the Universitas Islam Indonesia and 1st place in the legal opinion competition held by Universitas Brawijaya.
She has also participated as a presenter at international law conferences namely International Conference on Social Politics and Humanities and International Youth Peatland Conference. She is fluent in Indonesian and English.
Abiyyu is an intern at Novirianti & Partners and currently undergoing his study at Universitas Padjajaran majoring in Economic Law.
During his time in Universitas Padjajaran, he participated in committees, organizations, and National Moot Court Competition. He also has articles that have been published by Novirianti and Partners and SmartLegal. Furthermore, before joining Novirianti & Partners, he had internships at two different law firms. Abiyyu has no problem with his verbal and writing communications in Bahasa or English.
