Dewi has over 20 years of experience in the field of legal services and law. Dewi provides advice on legal and commercial aspects of domestic and foreign investments; business and corporate financing; capital markets; government and private project bidding processes; public and private partnerships; business development; conducting legal/regulatory audits (including legal risk analysis); representing clients in court and out-of-court dispute resolution; and other legal services. Particularly, Dewi has practical experience and professional knowledge on various issues based on Indonesian Capital Market Law, including those related to private placements, stock splits, debt/equity conversions, conflict of interest transactions, material transactions, reverse IPOs, go-private transactions, de-listings, insider trading transactions, tender offers, buybacks, lock-ups, pre-IPO restructuring, divestitures, technical IPOs, good corporate governance, as well as disclosure and public reporting requirements. Dewi has also represented various issuers and fund managers domestically and internationally in the issuance of convertible bonds and exchanges, issuance of long and medium-term debt securities (including government bonds), and issuance of collective investment contract for sharia-compliant asset securities.
