Kania pursued her education at the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, with a concentration in environmental law and economic law, graduating with honors (cum laude). During her studies, Kania was actively involved in university organizations and participated in various competitions and conferences at both national and international levels. Throughout her professional career, Kania has coordinated and provided advice to leading national and international clients in various sectors, including corporate actions, infrastructure, labor, and ESG. Kania has completed the PKPA (Special Education for Advocate Profession) and is fluent in both English and Indonesian

Afida Ilfa, S.H.

Associate

Afida graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, specializing in Business and Commercial Law. During her studies, Afida was involved in university organizations and participated in several national-level legal research competitions, winning some of them. Previously, Afida had professional experience in the banking legal sector with a focus on legal and compliance matters. Currently, as part of Novirianti and Partners, Afida has provided legal advice to clients in various sectors, including debt restructuring, labor, and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU). Afida is also fluent in both English and Indonesian.

Ailsa Namira Imani, S.H.

Junior Associate

Namira is a legal professional with experience in corporate law practice for over one and a half years. Namira has been involved in various multinational transactions in the banking, corporate, energy, and infrastructure sectors. Namira has been engaged in various transactions, including the acquisition and subsequent issuance of shares from a local bank and the issuance of Additional Tier-1 capital. Namira has also assisted in several consultancy works, including providing advice on cybersecurity issues for large multinational companies in the technology industry. Namira holds a bachelor's degree in law from the University of Indonesia with a specialization in international civil law.

Khairunnisa Pabelani Qurraruaini, S.H.

Khairunnisa (Bella) graduated from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada, in 2023 with a concentration in Criminal Law. During her studies, Bella participated in various activities, including national moot court competitions, where she achieved third place and received a nomination for best brief. Before joining Novirianti and Partners, she interned at several law offices and completed her legal professional education (PKPA).
